The Welfare Benefits system is difficult to navigate, but it is imperative that those who are entitled to benefits are able to access them. We have a small team of dedicated caseworkers who can offer expert advice in this area.
Our Welfare Benefits Service
Our Welfare Benefits service can provide extensive free support, ranging from one-off advice to ongoing casework. Depending on our capacity, we may also be able to offer full representation.
Issues we cover:
We are able to offer general benefit advice on all means and non-means tested benefits. These include:
- Universal Credit
- Income Support

We can represent at appeals at the First Tier Tribunal for the above, as well as the steps before that such as form filling and the Mandatory Reconsideration process.
