Families Through Crisis – Lead partner delivering Welfare Benefits advice for Lottery Funded Project.
We are now delivering Welfare Benefits Advice as the project lead for the Big Lottery funded Families Through Crisis project. With three key partners, the project works with families in Newcastle who would not ordinarily engage with support services, and are experiencing crisis and hardship.
The project aims to help resolve their underlying issues with additional elements of support delivered by Changing Lives and Advocacy Centre North.
The five-year project is delivered by outreach in partnership with West End Women and Girls Centre in Elswick, Riverside Community Health Project in Benwell, and St Martins Centre in Walker.
